What's New

The Brothers Grimm return in two plays

The treasure chest of classic stories published by the Brothers Grimm is too big for one production, or even one with a sequel.

As a followup to 2010's The World of the Brothers Grimm, CSYT stages its side-splitting take on another collection of fairy tales with Very Grimm: More Tales from the Brothers Grimm February 4–20. Only this time, the production will comprise two plays instead of one.

In each play, Jacob and Wilhelm face a rival source of famous kid stuff: nursery rhyme icon Mother Goose in one, and Hans Christian Andersen (author of "The Little Mermaid," "The Ugly Duckling," etc.) in the other.
